Terms of service
The agreement between you and RankedOW when you place an order. Written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
RankedOW (rankedow.com) provides paid gameplay services for Overwatch 2. We are an independent operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Overwatch and Overwatch 2 are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the game account involved is yours and that you are entitled to authorise access to it.
3. What you are buying
You are buying our time and skill playing Overwatch 2 towards the outcome described on your order — a rank, a number of wins, a set of achievements, a coaching session, and so on. You are not buying a guarantee of a particular in-game reward that Blizzard controls, and you are not buying anything Blizzard sells directly.
Where an order specifies an outcome (for example, a target rank), we deliver that outcome or refund the undelivered portion under the refund policy.
4. Account access and risk
Solo boosting requires you to give a booster access to your game account. Account sharing is prohibited by Blizzard’s End User Licence Agreement, and we state that plainly rather than pretending otherwise. We reduce the risk by connecting through a VPN in your region, enabling Appear Offline, never using third-party software, and playing only in hours you agree to.
We do not accept liability for action taken against your account by Blizzard. If avoiding that risk matters to you, choose a duo order, where you keep your account and play every match yourself.
5. Your obligations during an order
- Do not log in to the account during an active solo session — it drops the booster.
- Do not change the password mid-order without telling us; it stalls the order and the time is not recoverable.
- Give accurate information at checkout. If your real starting rank differs from what you selected, the price changes accordingly in either direction.
- Do not ask a booster to use cheats, exploits or third-party software. They will refuse.
6. Payment
Orders are paid by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe, or in cryptocurrency through our crypto processor. In both cases payment is taken on the processor’s own hosted page and we do not receive, process or store your card details.
Prices are quoted and fixed in US dollars. For crypto, the coin amount is calculated at invoice creation and held for the payment window. An order enters the queue once the processor or the network confirms the payment.
Underpayments and overpayments are resolved manually — we contact you to settle or refund the difference. Nothing is retained silently.
7. Delivery times
Estimated timeframes given on the site or by support are estimates, based on typical orders at that rank. They are not contractual deadlines. Queue times at Master and above, and Blizzard server outages, are outside our control. If a deadline genuinely matters, tell us before ordering and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Boosting is a service, and the law lets that right end early where you have expressly asked us to begin before the 14 days are up. At checkout you tick a separate box confirming that you want the boost to start as soon as it is paid and that you accept you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. We record that consent with your order.
Until the order is fully delivered the right still applies to the part we have not delivered. In practice that matches the refund policy: cancel before a booster starts and you get everything back; cancel part-way and you are refunded whatever has not been delivered.
If you would rather keep the full 14 days, do not tick the box — contact us instead and we will hold the order until the period has passed.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Conduct
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything undelivered, if a customer is abusive to staff or boosters, attempts a fraudulent payment, or asks us to do something that breaks these terms.
11. Data
What we collect and how long we keep it is described in the privacy policy. Game account credentials are held only for the duration of an order and deleted when it closes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of in-game items, ranks, rewards or account access.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are noted with a new “last updated” date at the top of this page.
14. Contact
