Frequently asked questions
Everything about how boosting works here, what it costs, how we keep your account safe, and how card and crypto checkout work.
General
It is as safe as we can reasonably make it. Your booster connects through a VPN endpoint in your own region so the login pattern looks normal, plays with Appear Offline enabled so friends see nothing, and never streams or advertises the account. Blizzard does not automatically detect boosting, but account sharing is against their EULA — the honest position is that there is a residual risk, and the Duo option removes it entirely because nobody else ever signs in.
Solo means a booster signs in to your account and plays the games for you — fastest and cheapest. Duo means you keep your account and queue alongside the booster in a two-stack; you play every match yourself, learn as you go, and no credentials change hands. Duo costs 1.75× the solo price because it takes more games and ties up the booster for longer.
A single division at low rank is usually done the same day. A full tier — five divisions — typically takes one to three days in Bronze through Platinum, and longer at Master and above where queue times get long and the booster can only realistically play a few games per session. Every order page shows a live progress bar so you always know where it stands. Express moves you to the front of the queue.
Card or cryptocurrency. Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay — are handled by Stripe on their own hosted page, so your card details are never entered on this site and we never see or store them. Crypto covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and over 300 other coins. Same price either way, no surcharge for choosing one over the other, and your USD total is locked in before you are redirected.
Only for solo boosting, and only for as long as the order runs. Credentials are stored encrypted, visible to the assigned booster alone, and deleted when the order closes — at which point we prompt you to change your password anyway. If you would rather not share anything, choose Duo instead.
You get your money back for the part that was not delivered. There is no partial-credit trap and no store-credit-only clause: a refund goes back to the wallet address the payment came from. The full policy is on the refund page in plain English.
Not on the same account during a solo boost — two people logging in at once will get the session dropped, and it makes the play pattern look odd. You can play any other mode once the booster signs off for the day, and you can play freely at any time on a Duo order. Message your booster on the order page to agree hours.
PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, across Europe, Americas, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East. Console orders are matched to a booster who plays on a controller natively — we do not put a mouse-and-keyboard player on your console account.
Payments
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT on several chains), Litecoin, Solana, Monero, BNB, TRON and around three hundred others. The full list is shown on the payment page after checkout, and you pick your coin there rather than up front.
Yes. The invoice is created in USD and the crypto amount is fixed against it for the payment window. If the coin price moves while your transaction is in flight, the amount you owe does not change.
Underpayments are flagged as partially paid and we contact you to settle the difference or refund it — nothing is silently kept. Overpayments are refunded to the sending address. Either way, open a ticket with your order reference and it gets resolved manually.
Usually two to twenty minutes, depending on the coin and network congestion. Bitcoin can be slower at peak times; USDT on a fast chain is often under a minute. Your order page shows the live status.
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted, processed by Stripe on their own hosted checkout page — card details are never entered on this site and we never see or store them. Crypto remains available as the second option.
Not currently. PayPal classifies game boosting as high risk and is the most freeze-prone option in this industry, which tends to leave customers waiting on money stuck in a dispute queue. Card and crypto both settle reliably, so we use those instead.
A refund goes back to the address the payment came from, in the same coin, at the amount owed under the refund policy. We do not force store credit. Refunds are processed manually, usually within one working day of being agreed.
Accounts & orders
No — you can check out as a guest with just an email address. An account is worth having if you order more than once, because it keeps every order, invoice and booster conversation on one page.
Never through the checkout form. After payment, your order page opens a private channel with the assigned booster, and credentials are exchanged there or on Discord. We ask you to change your password when the order closes.
Before a booster has started, yes — full refund. Once play has begun, you are refunded the portion that has not been delivered. The refund policy sets out the exact split.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you have it, and it applies here until the order is fully delivered. Ticking the "start as soon as it is paid" box at checkout is what lets us begin inside the 14 days — it does not waive anything until the service has actually been performed in full. If you would rather keep the whole cooling-off period, do not tick it and message us instead; we will hold the order until it has passed.
Yes, and they are real percentages off the listed price — no inflated "was" numbers. RANKED10 gives 10% off, and FIRSTBOOST gives 12% on a first order. Enter either at checkout.
Rank Boost
It depends entirely on where you start and where you want to end. A single division in Bronze is $2.00, Emerald is $7.50, and a single division in Grandmaster is $66.00 or more because a Top 500 player has to grind long queues for it. Set your current and target rank in the calculator above and the exact total appears instantly — there is no quote request and no upsell call.
Yes — Emerald has been in the calculator since it went live on 11 August 2026. It sits between Platinum and Diamond with the usual five divisions, priced at $7.50 per division solo. If the rank reset dropped you out of Diamond into Emerald, the climb back is five divisions and the calculator prices it exactly.
Yes, and you should. Pick Tank, Damage or Support in the calculator and we assign a booster who is verified at Grandmaster or higher on that specific role. Your rank in Overwatch 2 is tracked per role, so a boost only moves the role you ordered.
No. Appear Offline is switched on for every order at no cost, so your account never shows as in-game to your friends list. If you want an extra layer, the Normalize Scores option keeps the booster deliberately near-average in scoreboard stats so replays do not look out of place for your rank.
Message us before the order starts and we adjust it. Pricing is calculated from your real current rank, so if the calculator was set to the wrong starting point we will correct the total either way — refunding the difference if you overpaid.
Placements
Competitive placements run in sets, and you can buy any number from one to five in the calculator. If you have already played some of yours, order only the ones you have left — the price is per match, not per bundle.
No, and anyone promising a guaranteed placement rank is guessing. Your seed depends on your previous season, your MMR and your performance in the games. What we can promise is that the games are played by a Grandmaster or Top 500 player, which produces the best seed your account is capable of.
If the season has just started, placements are far better value — you get a higher starting point for a fraction of the cost of climbing there afterwards. Once the season is a few weeks old and your rank has settled, a rank boost is the right product.
Game Wins
A completed competitive match that ends in a victory for your team. Draws and abandoned matches are replayed at our cost. The counter on your order page moves only when a real win lands.
Usually, but by how much depends on your current progress within the division and the MMR the game has you at. If a specific rank is the actual goal, order a rank boost instead — it is priced to reach a destination rather than a match count.
This product is competitive wins. If you need something in another mode — Arcade challenges, Quick Play totals, event modes — message us on Discord and we will price it as a custom order.
Stadium Boost
Rookie, Novice, Contender, Elite, Pro, All-Star and Legend. Each of the first six is split into five divisions numbered V down to I; Legend runs from V to I as the top of the ladder. The calculator above shows all of them with the real cost per division.
No. Stadium tracks its own rating completely separately from Role Queue and Open Queue competitive. Boosting one does not move the other in either direction.
Yes. Duo is available on every Stadium order at 1.75× the solo rate, and it is genuinely the better choice here if you want to learn the mode — the build decisions are where most of the skill lives, and watching them made in real time is worth more than watching a replay.
Stadium Wins
A Stadium match typically runs twenty-five to forty minutes including the draft and buy phases. A specialist wins the clear majority of games at ranks below their own, so ten wins is usually one long session rather than several.
No. Stadium has a fully separate rating. If you want your Role Queue or Open Queue rank moved, order Game Wins or a Rank Boost instead.
Top 500
You need enough competitive games played on the role and region in the current season, and a skill rating inside the top five hundred for that combination. The bar moves during a season as other players climb, which is why the cut-off is a moving target and why the final positions cost so much more than the entry band.
A seasonal player icon and animated spray tied to the season you placed in, plus the leaderboard entry itself. Rewards are granted based on where you sit when the season ends, so the placement has to hold — this is why we check the remaining season length before accepting an order.
Yes. Console leaderboards are separate from PC, and we assign a booster who plays natively on your platform. Select your platform in the calculator and the order routes accordingly.
Coaching
It is if you are stuck at a rank you keep returning to. Coaching does not help much with a genuinely new account or a mechanically new player — you improve fastest just by playing at that point. Its value is highest when you have thousands of hours and a plateau you cannot explain, because that is almost always a habit problem and habits are exactly what an outside eye catches.
One session tells you what is wrong. Two or three, spaced a week or two apart, is where most people see their rank actually move — the gap between sessions is where the practice happens. Buying six in a row rarely helps more than buying three.
Never. Coaching happens on voice with your own account in your own hands. There is no login sharing involved at any point.
Achievements
Yes. Once unlocked, an achievement and its reward — spray, player icon or title — stays on the account permanently. They are not seasonal and they do not expire.
Because of how long they take to force. A single-kill achievement can be set up in a handful of matches. Something like Centenary requires a hundred qualifying instances and takes hours of dedicated play, so it is priced accordingly. The price you see is what the work costs, not a tier we invented.
A small number can, and where that is possible the price already reflects it. The rest require live matches, which is what most of the cost is.
Battle Pass
To receive premium-track rewards, yes — you buy the pass from Blizzard and we level it. Levelling works either way, but the free track only unlocks free-track rewards, so buy the premium pass first if the mythic skin is the point.
Roughly one to two days per twenty levels, depending on how many weekly challenges are still unclaimed on the account. Unclaimed challenges are a large XP reserve, so an account that has not been played much this season actually levels faster.
No. Levelling only adds. Your existing tier, unlocked rewards and claimed challenges stay exactly as they are — set your current level accurately in the calculator so you are not charged for them.
Still stuck?
We answer on Discord fastest — usually within the hour during European and US evenings.
