Refund policy
When you get money back, how much, and how fast. No store-credit-only clause, no hoops.
The principle
You pay for a delivered outcome. If we do not deliver it, you get the money back for what was not delivered — as a real refund to the wallet the payment came from, not as credit you can only spend here.
Before a booster has started
Cancel any time before the first match is played and you get a 100% refund. No reason required, no cancellation fee.
While the order is running
You can cancel mid-order. We refund the portion that has not been delivered, calculated against the same price tables the order was quoted from. For example, on a Gold to Diamond rank boost stopped in Platinum, you are charged for the divisions actually completed and refunded the rest.
For per-win and per-match products, the split is simply the wins or matches delivered against the wins or matches ordered.
If we cannot deliver
If we fail to complete an order — no booster available, a target that turns out to be unreachable in the time remaining, or any other reason on our side — you get a full refund of the undelivered portion without having to argue for it. If we have delivered nothing, you get everything back.
If your account is actioned
If your account receives a suspension or restriction that is demonstrably linked to work we performed, we refund the order in full. We do not refund action taken for behaviour on the account outside of our sessions, or for anything predating the order. Account sharing risk is set out in the terms of service and is the reason we offer a duo option.
What is not refundable
- Completed orders. Once the outcome you ordered has been delivered, the service has been provided.
- Coaching sessions that have taken place. A session you did not attend without at least 12 hours’ notice counts as delivered.
- Delays caused by you. Changing the password mid-order, logging in during a solo session or being unreachable stalls the order; that time is not refundable, though the order itself still is on its normal terms.
- Blizzard server outages. These pause an order rather than cancel it. If an outage makes delivery impossible within your deadline, the normal undelivered-portion refund applies.
Chargebacks and disputes
Card payments can be disputed with your bank, and that is your right. We would ask you to talk to us first — a chargeback takes weeks and locks the order while it runs, whereas we review refund requests the same working day. If we owe you money we will simply send it.
Crypto payments cannot be charged back at all, which is why refunds on those are handled manually. Either way, open a ticket with your order reference and we will look at it.
How to request a refund
- Message us on Discord or via the contact page with your order reference.
- Tell us what you want refunded and why. One line is fine.
- For crypto, give us the wallet address to send to — normally the one that paid. Card refunds go back to the card that was charged automatically.
Refunds are reviewed the same working day and sent within one working day of being agreed. Card refunds then take whatever your bank takes to post it — usually three to five working days. On crypto refunds the network fee is deducted from the amount sent, because someone has to pay it and it is not fair for it to be either party twice.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live. If your local law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law wins.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, the 14-day right of withdrawal and how it interacts with an order you asked us to start immediately is set out in section 8 of the terms. Short version: it applies until the order is fully delivered, and the undelivered-portion refund above is how it is honoured in practice.
